We are proud to have represented ATTSolar (a joint venture between Atterbury Property, Fledge Capital, and MPower Investments of the Moolman Group) in negotiating their 25-year renewable energy partnership with the University of Pretoria.

The signing ceremony in December 2025 marked a significant milestone in finalising the project’s Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and Lease Agreements for what will be a 10.5 Megawatt peak solar PV facility in Pretoria.

It was an honour advising the developers in a project advancing South Africa’s move towards renewable, sustainable energy production. To have had an esteemed institution like the University of Pretoria across the negotiating table was the greatest privilege.

We look forward to start seeing the first panels going up where the N1 and N4 highways intersect in the heart of the capital, Pretoria.
